BOOT CAMP: This is for all fitness levels! Outdoor RAIN or SHINE! 1 hour of training a day \ 3 days a week \ 4 weeks \$15 per class.

Boot Camp Workout is designed to encourage personal improvement. The program combines both an upper and lower body workout with a series of cross training, which includes : -power walking - jogging -running -strength training -punching -kicks -jabs -abdominal workout.
